Sunset Pool packs a lot of flavour into one bottle. This wine is a crisp, aromatic blend of Hawkes Bay grown Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. The perfect blend of ripe tropical fruit and stone fruit with an attractive, subtle structure. If you could capture a summery Hawkes Bay orchard in a glass this would be it.

The fruit was de-stemmed, crushed, and fermented cold in stainless steel for 3 months. No oak component was incorporated. After fermentation the blend spent a further 5 months in tank on light lees before bottling. Sunset Pool is made without fining and it was lightly filtered to give aromatic brightness before bottling. This wine is vegan friendly.
